Halloween 2012

For Halloween this year I had an OU fan, Ironman and Magician and his White Rabbit. I thought I was being creative by telling the kids to come up with their own costumes from what we own and I would spend up to $5 each for them to enhance their costume. But then I thought maybe I was being lazy?! Either way it was really fun Halloween and the kids had a blast!
Brandon is over the whole costume dress-up so he painted his (old) jeans with the OU emblem, donned his OU hoodie and spent $2 of his $5 on face paint. All of our dress up costumes were too small for Britton and I found an Ironman costume on a local garage sale site on facebook for him, he was one happy camper! Blaine is our resident dresser-upper. He decided a few months ago that he would be a magician, a costume he received for his birthday, but he was in a quandry because he felt that in order to complete the ensemble he needed a white rabbit. Enter little sis. He asked Gracelyn if she would be his white rabbit, she asked if she could wear her pink boots, he said yes and the deal was sealed. I got her a white long sleeve tee, white tulle and a very sweet friend gave me bunny ears that she had. We were set to go!
We went to the church's festival and had a great time.

Sadly, Brandon took off with buddies and the only game I know he played was a stick horse race but he wouldn't let me film it.
G received a balloon from the dentist and took it everywhere
my favorite pic of the year!

Girl, I do not blame you one bit for putting a price limit on their costumes! I loved the magician and his rabbit! So stinkin' cute!
