Since Brandon and Blaine got new beds, we figured Britton should too! We would have just let Britton use the twin bed that was part of Brandon's old trundle but Britton thought of that bed as a trampoline since, to him, it was "Blaine's." He loved wrestling around and goofing off on it so we didn't figure it was a good idea to make that his new bed. We had a toddler bed in the attic so last Sunday Ryan brought it down and set it up. I have to admit that I was a little...actually A LOT, worried about Britton being "free" and out of his crib because he is my devious child, always into everything, but he has totally and pleasantly surprised me! He has done EXCELLENT! His first time to sleep in it was for nap on Sunday and he was so excited, he ran to it and climbed in and went right to sleep. That has continued all week and we are so happy with the easy-breezy transition!! Even in the mornings when I go in to get him up he will sometimes just be sitting up in bed waiting for me to let him out! He LOVES his bed!!
