So in addition to preparing for Britton’s first birthday party this Saturday, we now have something else to take care of…pink eye. Britton came down with it and so generously shared it with Blaine and myself. He had to have caught it from church Sunday because that is the only time he is around any other children and the incubation period is just right for his symptoms. It is amazing though that after having three kids this is the first time we have experienced pink eye, I have never had it before either. All three of us will be on antibiotics this afternoon and the party will still go on as planned, though not without extra stress and work on my part.
