Brandon turning double digits was so difficult for me, it's hard to think that he's been with us for a decade. I asked him Monday morning, on our way to pick up donuts and milk for his class, if he felt older and he said yes. I teared up. I ask him that question yearly and the answer had always been no.
Brandon is such a smart, funny, witty, loving, giving, handsome boy and his zest for learning amazes me. He absolutely loves baseball, and not just playing the sport. He reads up on history of the game and loves to offer facts and other interesting tidbits of info. We are so proud of him and love him so so much.
He had several days of celebrating the big 1-0! We met Mimi and Pappy in Yukon for park fun and ice cream on Saturday
and went to Nana and Grandad's Sunday.
Monday morning, after a requested breakfast by the birthday boy of French Toast, he opened a few gifts of clothes, just in case he wanted to wear any of his new threads.

We didn't get to go out for BBQ (his request) until the next night.

Happy Birthday, Brandon!!! He is such a great kid and an awesome big brother.
Looks like he had a great birthday! I can't believe our boys are 10 already either. Weren't they only 4 when we first "met"? Brandon does look so grown up, especially in the first pic. Love the shades pic too!
